Once upon a time...

Dylan and Alli were outside getting the mail. Nestled amongst bills and magazines shone a bright white envelope, handwritten with their address. Alli was so excited that she tore it open, right there in front of the mailbox. 

 

It was a card from her dentist to wish her a happy birthday. She was thrilled (she loves her birthday). She raved for days about how her dentist took the time to send her a personalized, handwritten birthday card

 

Dylan, a passionate realtor and businessman, saw an untapped opportunity. Why weren’t more businesses sending handwritten notes to their customers?

 

Surely there must be millions of people just as excited as Alli about receiving handwritten mail (rather than the same old boring junk mail and emails).

 

So, Dylan and Alli started sending mail. Every month, they handwrote and mailed cards to Dylan’s real estate clients.

 

And, like clockwork, every month, right after the mail would go out, Dylan would receive texts, phone calls, and emails from clients who loved his cards... and who were itching to work with him again. 

 

With his 10 years selling and running analytics and her 8 years in copywriting and graphic design, they were able to boost Dylan's repeat and referral business by 57% in under 18 months.

 

Soon, their friends wanted in on the action. So Dylan and Alli started campaigns for some of their buddies: entrepreneurs, salespeople, and small biz owners.

 

When their friends started seeing HUGE results, Dylan and Alli realized they’d stumbled on something special.

 

They thought about gatekeeping it…

When co-founder Alli got diagnosed with autoimmune arthritis, they needed another way to maintain the same level of handwritten authenticity at scale… without all the hand cramping. 

So they hired Bob. 

Bob’s writing is virtually indistinguishable from human writing. Each of his handwriting styles has at least five variations of every letter, so no two cards look exactly alike. He even adds in authentic ink smudges and writes with blue Bic pens, because blue ink is seen as more trustworthy and authentic.
