Does Postscripty use real stamps?Yes! We use real USPS postage. The best part? The cost of postage is included in the price you see on the product pages.

Do you personalize the card with my clients' info?Yes! Every note is personalized with your clients' names. This makes it feel more authentic and genuine. We also use handwritten addresses on each envelope to promote open rates.

Is there Postscripty branding on the card?No, there is no branding on the card. (We wouldn't blow up your spot like that.) Unless you tell your clients yourself, no one will ever know the card came from us instead of you. However, keep in mind that when we send the cards, the postmark will come from Georgia. If you don't live in Georgia and the postmark location matters to you, we have an option to bulk send all cards directly to you so you can mail with a local postmark.

Can you use my stationery?No, we cannot use personal stationery mailed to us. However, we do have an option to upload your own designs. If you purchase this option, we'll contact you after checkout to get your design. You can also work one-on-one with our in-house designers for a custom card!

What type of cardstock do you use?We generally use 16 pt matte cardstock, 4"x6". However, please check the individual product pages as sizes and dimensions may vary.

Can I personalize the message inside the card?Absolutely! You can personalize the message to fit your needs. We offer prewritten copy crafted by our skilled marketing team to ensure the message inside feels warm and authentic, while still poised to convert. However, if you'd like to add your own touch, you're more than welcome to do so. Just click "Personalize my message" on the product page. We'll ask you about your desired message and other preferences when you upload your client addresses.

Do you offer branded designs?Yes, we do offer branded designs! Just look for the banner on the product page to see if the design is customizable for your brand.

Can I get a sample first?Yes, we offer free samples so you can see the quality of our handwritten cards before placing an order. To request a sample, simply provide your mailing address, and we’ll send you a complimentary card showcasing our design and handwriting services. Please note that free samples are subject to availability and are sent via standard mail.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via secure electronic payment platforms such as PayPal. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

Is my payment information secure?Yes! Your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment processors. Postscripty uses industry-standard security protocols to ensure that your personal and payment information is safe.

Will I get to see my product before it ships?Yes! Before your product is printed and shipped, we will send you a digital PDF proof of your design for approval. You will have the opportunity to review the card's layout, message, and any customization you've requested. Once you're happy with the proof and approve it, we'll move forward with printing and shipping. If you do not answer within 48 hours, the proof is automatically approved to save you time on having to reply. Please note that once you approve the proof, no further changes can be made to the order.

How long does it take to process an order?We aim to have first orders out within 7-10 business days, however this time can vary based on customization options and current workload of our machines. We will send you a proof and estimated timeline before your cards go out. For holiday campaigns, the cards will be sent 14 days before the holiday. For monthly campaigns, you can expect the cards to be mailed in the first week of each month.

How should I format my data for upload after ordering?After placing your order, you'll upload your recipient list. We recommend formatting your data as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. The file should include separate columns for recipient names, mailing addresses, and any specific preferences (e.g., personalization details). Don't worry, we’ll send you a template to make the process easy!

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn't entered the production process. Once your order is approved and moves into production, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. We recommend carefully reviewing your digital proof before approving your order to avoid any issues. We do not offer refunds at this time due to the customized nature of the product.

Is handwritten really better than printed fonts?Absolutely! Trust us - everyone can tell your font is printed... and it feels scammy. Handwritten cards offer a personal touch that printed fonts can't replicate. When your clients or customers receive a handwritten note, it feels more genuine, thoughtful, and memorable. It shows you took the time to create something special.

Do you really have handwriting robots?Yes! But don't worry. Bob's handwriting is so good, it's virtually indistinguishable from human writing. He uses five variations of each letter, smudges the ink, and even crosses out misspelled words for an authentic touch.

Can I use my own handwriting?At this time, we do not offer the option to use your own handwriting. However, we provide a variety of unique handwritten styles for you to choose from, each designed to mimic natural handwriting and add a personal touch to your mail. See our font style options here.

What's included in the price?Price and features vary by product but generally the price per piece includes: 1 card, 1 envelope, 1 standard USPS stamp, handwritten and prewritten copy in blue ink, and personalization options. Please see each individual product page for more information.

Are there any minimum order requirements?We have an extremely low minimum order quantity of just 25 cards per campaign. This helps us keep printing costs down while giving you the flexibility to tailor campaigns and costs to your budget.

Where are Postscripty cards postmarked from?Postscripty cards are postmarked from Georgia, USA. If you'd like a local postmark, you can choose "You Mail" on the product page. We'll ship the batch of cards directly to your home or business so you can mail them from your local USPS.

Can you ship cards to me directly?Yes. On the product page of the card you're purchasing, please select "You Mail". We will mail all your clients' cards directly to your house or business, so you can send them from a local USPS to get a postmark from your area.

How long will it take for a card to be delivered?Delivery times can vary, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process. The first batch of cards usually takes the longest, but we still strive to get them out in 7-14 days. Once your cards are in USPS's hands, shipping times are out of our control; however, we’ll ensure they are sent promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.

What kinds of stamps do you use?Postage is included! We use standard USPS postage, and we ensure the postage amount is enough for the size and weight of your card. We do not offer First Class shipping at this time, but don't hesitate to reach out if you think your order requires priority mail.

Can I send cards internationally?Currently, we do not offer international shipping for our handwritten notes. We’re only able to deliver within the United States.

How do I measure results from my campaign?To measure the results of your campaign, track responses from your recipients. This can include customer calls, emails, or other engagements prompted by your direct mail. Additionally, if your campaign includes a call-to-action (e.g., a website or unique offer), you can measure visits, conversions, or sales generated from those actions. For more detailed insights, consider asking your customers how they heard about you when they respond. At this time, we do not offer mail tracking or analytics, but we are diligently working on it to provide even better service for our customers.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing or a campaign?To unsubscribe from our marketing emails or cancel an ongoing campaign, simply contact us. We'll process your request and ensure you no longer receive marketing communications or campaign-related materials moving forward. If you are cancelling a recurring card delivery subscription, please note that it takes effect after the next billing cycle if production has already begun. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once production has started.
