REFUND POLICY

At Postscripty, each handwritten card is crafted with care and personalized just for you. To maintain the highest quality and ensure our cards are delivered on time, we have the following return and cancellation policies:

Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before the printing and approval process begins. Once the design is approved - by you or automatically within 48 hours after being emailed to you - we initiate the printing process and cancellations will no longer be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at dylan@postscripty.com with your order details.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our handwritten mail services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the printing process has begun or the mail has been sent out. We highly recommend reviewing your design thoroughly before final approval to ensure it meets your expectations.

Errors & Corrections

If you notice any errors or discrepancies after receiving your cards, please reach out to us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
