SHIPPING & ORDERING
POLICY

At Postscripty, we are committed to delivering awesome handwritten direct mail campaigns promptly and with exceptional attention to detail. Please review our shipping and processing policy for more information.

Monthly Campaign Cards

Shipping Date: Monthly campaign cards are usually mailed on the second of each month to ensure they reach your clients in a timely manner. This may vary slightly depending on current workload of our robot.

Cutoff Date: Orders must be finalized by the 20th of the previous month to be included in the upcoming mail-out. Orders cannot be canceled once printing and shipping have started.

Holiday Campaign Cards

Shipping Date: Holiday cards are mailed two weeks in advance of the holiday, unless otherwise noted in your proof. 

Cutoff Date: Holiday card orders must be finalized at least four weeks prior to the holiday to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Quarterly Campaign Cards

Shipping Date: Quarterly campaign cards are shipped at the beginning of each quarter (i.e. January, April, July, and October. The exact months vary based on the campaign you select.).

Cutoff Date: Orders must be finalized by the 20th of the month preceding the quarter to ensure they are included in that quarter’s mail-out.

Custom Orders

Proof Approval: Custom orders follow a timeline based on proof approval. Printing and shipping will proceed once the proofs are approved.

Cutoff Date: Proof approval must be completed within 48 hours of receiving proofs to avoid delays. If not approved within 48 hours, the mail is sent automatically to help minimize your time spent emailing us.

Order Processing Times

First-Time Orders: Processing time for first-time orders is about 3-10 business days, depending on the order's complexity. Custom orders may take longer, but we always strive to be as quick as possible.

Recurrent Orders: For ongoing and monthly campaigns, processing times are shorter and on a schedule, but depend on timely proof approvals.

Shipping Cost

Postage Included: All standard postage is included in the price of your services. No additional shipping fees apply. 

First Class Postage: If you would like first class postage, please indicate so in your order. There will be a small fee to pay the difference between standard and first class postgae. 

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship only within the domestic United States. International shipping is unavailable

Bulk Shipping

Direct Mail: We send your cards directly to your clients to save you time and effort. Please note that these will be postmarked from Georgia.

Bulk Shipping for Local Postmarks: Alternatively, we offer the option to send all mail in bulk to your home or business address, so you can then send out your cards from your local post office to receive a local postmark. This is ideal for those who want a more personalized local touch.

Cancellations and Modifications

Modifications: You have 48 hours after receiving your proof to make necessary modifications to the card design or your clients' names and addresses. Once the proof is approved for printing, we cannot make any modifications as these are custom-made for you.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after printing has started. Ensure all proofs are carefully reviewed and approved. We also cannot cancel or refund orders after mailing.

Service Interruptions

Holiday Periods: Service interruptions may occur during peak holiday seasons, leading to slightly extended processing or delivery times. We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance.​ We  guarantee quick processing times near holidays.

Lost or Delayed Mail: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. If a significant delay occurs, contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking your mail.
